I'm after a USB webcam for use with a WinXP machine.
Basically, I want to put an old Compaq SFF machine with USB in my garage and have it connect via Wifi to my home network.
I then want to connect a USB webcam that will capture movement and dump it to the HDD or an FTP site etc.
I also want to be able to connect to it across the web at random and be able to view the video via a web browser.
So.... whats a cheap, but well spec'd package?
Would it not just be cheaper to get a CCTV package and have it record to a VCR?
One of my mates on another forum wrote a program that would capture any movements and send the picture to his FTP site so he could view it.

Axis IP cams are good as well, but they will cost more than the D-Link ones.
