M.2 to 90 degree pcie extender?

I remember seeing a build where the guy used an M.2 adapter to effectively make an ITX board into a DTX board.

I really want something like that for a future build but does anyone know of a version of this which wouldn't have a big kink in the cable. I don't know how much clearance that needs in a case, it's probably fine but best not to crush a cable 90 degree plugin the adapter board would be ideal though.
