It won't be faster than dual opteron 250 and not to mention run cooler. (Run 2 threads of folding)
Its still an amazing achievement for an AMD to hit 4GHz! This would kick anything intel has to offer to the touchline!
I don't know which would be faster but for general everyday stuff the FX55 would be faster

I doubt they booted at that speed, they will have used clockgen to OC within windows. I guess they're running the RAM slow just to make damn sure that it's not a factor in limiting the OC.Quote:
