No idea without opening it up but a similar model (video below) doesn't look to have anything proprietary, tricky to tell. 24 and 4 pin look like they might be standard though.

As Rob_B said, there doesn't seem to be anything proprietary about it.
However, Medion's website is poor and they have no service manuals unlike Dell, HP, or even their parent Lenovo.
So all you get is this basic spec page:

The ECS board does look ATX though although again information is scares and it looks like ECS have no pages themselves and while there is FAQ type thing on Medion's German site, it is hardly detailed:

I'd say there is a probably 90% chance it is standard ATX but without seeing it, there no way to be sure.
laptopsdirect do list the machine as having an ATX chassis, but image searches for medion P67083 shows some images which are either mirrored or are BTX.
