    I have a Mobile Barton 2400+ - runs at 1.35V at stock, so plenty of overclocking headroom

    I have a 3.4ghz, 2gigs of DDR400mhz RAM, 9800 Pro, 2x250gb Maxtor HDDs rig, but it is mainly for office etc (stuff like Access etc.)

    I can use it for gaming, but I just got my new rig, which when complete will be:

    AMD 64 3500 winnie, 2 200gb Seagate Barracudas, 1 74gb Raptor, 1gig Corsair 4400, 1 XFX 6800gt. So I use it.

    I used to use Athlon before hand though, AMD 2400xp, 1gig PC2700 RAM (limited with the Asus A7S333 mobo) etc. etc.

    So AMD all the way!

    Got the my Barton in my main rig, as in sig. Also got a 1.6ghz AthlonXP in a shuttle another 1.6ghz AthlonXP in 'family' PC. Got a 233mhz AMD K6 running as a smoothwall box. Never had an intel in my life .
