The configuration of that system looks great :)
I stand here and wait for the release of the new Shuttle XPC SN85G4, they support the new AMD 64. But its going to be costly only being able to afford the Shuttle and processor for around £500 when they get released in the uk.
God i need more cash :p
I hope that it is faster than my old system which i am replacing thats all that matters.
nice one m8 :)
i have been looking into a shuttle and as soon as my laptop goes i am getting myself the SN45G :)
;) Excellent choices, although I much prefer Cruial or TwinMOS myself. You want 2 sticks to enable DUal Channel, is that 2x256MB=512MB or are you keeping the option of adding another 512mB in the future? If it's for gaming don't forget the gxf play the most important part, 4200 is a very good budget offering otherwise 9600PRO is the smart buy.
:( Buying any Athlon64 series is a bad move at the mo, heavily priced and the Skt will soon be replaced with the 939pin Dual Channel Skt.
It is one stick to leave me the option of installing another one when i have more cash.
As far as graphics go i already have a 9800 pro :D
:D Cool! What have you got that 9800PRO plugged into at the mo then?
i have a 9700pro that doesnt like my agp slot :( altho every other card loves it just fine ;/
Well it is plugged into a SS51G at one end and a Hitachi 17" TFT at the other
