    Motherboard Sensor and reboots

    Hi,

A problem I have is that the reading from the MB sensors (CMOS/BIOS) and those from AIDA and ASUS utility probe vary a lot and I dont know what to believe.

I have an ASUS A7V8X-X and a AMD 2600 XP cpu with 512 DDR (pc2700). The fsb is set to 166/33 and the multiplier to 12.5.

Has any one had similar readings and what should I do/which to believe.

    Aida Settings

    Sensor Properties
    Sensor Type ITE IT8712F
    Sensor Access ISA 290h

    Temperatures

    Aux 57 °C (135 °F)

    Cooling Fans
    CPU 4383 RPM

    Voltage Values
    CPU Core 1.70 V
    +3.3 V 3.34 V
    +5 V 4.89 V
    +12 V 12.54 V
    +5 V Standb 4.92 V

    ASUS Probe Settings

    CPU Temp 57C/34F
    MB Temp 40C/104F
    CPU Fan 4383
    +12V 12.608
    +5V 4.919
    VCore 1.696

    CMOS/BIOS

    Any suggestions

    Thanks

    Vijay
