    Questions about NFII ULTRA INFINITY

Will receive this board soon as a replacement for my LeadTek board which doesn't overclock much at all. Have a few questions about it.

1: What's the best BIOS to use for this board?
2: To use the TR SP-97 HS I need the neo backplate right?
3: For anything over 200FSB will I need to put a new HS on the NB or is the stock one good enough if I apply AS5 to it?
    4: Any other tips/advice appriciated

I'll be using it with a 2600+M and a Gig of BH-5 RAM.

If your going over 200fsb with that proccessor, it would probably be wise to get a new heatsink if you want to push it to the limits. Something large and coppery...

Furts, my Lan Party (essentially the same board) does 250fsb with stock nb cooling.

iirc you will encounter problems with the neo back plate as it will block the top left atx mounting hole. I could be wrong here as it's along time since i've actively used this board or opened up my case.

Also be really careful with the stand off as there are resistors & wot not really close to the mounting holes & it's very easy to damage them.

i didnt think you needed a backplate for a clip-on HS. i could be wrong, but i dont see the logic in it.

EDIT - sorry, thought i read 'SI-97', disregard my post.
