    It can have 3 IDE on the basis that 1 is used for the Optical Drive. It can have 4 on the SI3114 and then 4 on the NvRaid so in total it can have 11 drives plus it has the ability for 10 USB2.0 ports so add USB2 HDD's to these and thats one serious storage platform

    [EDIT] Yes the Asus A8N Deluxe is a cracking motherboard. Yes it did have early BIOS issues that have been fixed now on the latest Bioses and its running my 3500+ @ 2.6 Ghz as opposed to 2.2 Ghz without pushing the vcore up by too much. The only complaint I have is the fact there are no "certified" MCE2005 motherboard drivers and I get roughly every 2-3 days a BSOD called by NVtcp.sys and a lovely IRQ_LESS_THAN screen

    234GB.
    2x80GB SATA hitachi's for everything.
    1x74GB 10k SCSI for video editing and other scratch space tasks (don't have it plugged in all the time as it's noisy).

    Discovered my 15krpm scsi disk got toasted during transit at some point, pity it rocked.

    320GB in my main PC, but only 240 useable thanks to RAID 5. Then there's the 40GB of the second PC, 60GB on the lappy, 60GB of the IBM deathstar that I have lying around for the occasional task and then my 200GB external drive.

    Most of it is redundant as I'm a big fan of backups!
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    My home setup: 1.33TiB

    1x 300GB Maxtor DiamondMax 10 SATA 16MB NCQ (6B300S0)
    7x 160GB Samsung SpinPoint IDE 8MB (SP1614N)
    1x 40GB Maxtor for moving stuff between home and work (4D040H2)

    Well done, WildmonkeyUK. With 1.67TiB, you've got me. Didn't expect anyone on Hexus to have as much as that.

    I have 1.21TB.
    3 x maxtor diamondmax 10's 250GB (RAID 0)
    1 x WD 2000JB IDE 200GB
    1 x Samsung SP1604N IDE 160GB
    1 x WD 1000BB IDE 100GB.

    BTW anyone know how much usable storage space you would get with 4 x 250GB drives in RAID 5? Im thinking of getting another 250GB maxtor and swapping it to the silicon image controller on my DFI SLI-DR
