    Shuttle ST20G5 .. will not post/boot. - [Solved]

Got this newly assembled Shuttle ST20G5. Put together as per the instruction.

Problem is once powered on I get no output from the on-board graphics from neither DVI or VGA port and the CPU fan spins on loud setting.

I searched the forums and noticed others have experienced the same on different models. What course of action can I take now?

I've tested three different types of ram (Crucial PC2100, Samsung PC2700, Corsair PC3200). I've cleared the bios. I've powered on and off numerous times holding different keys (F1, F4, Insert) as has been recommended.

Only outstanding area and I'm reluctant to say it is the CPU (AMD64 3000+) which I haven't seen working but it is brand new.

EDIT: Turns out the CPU was suspect, working now.
