Counter strike lagg even though has broadband on dimension 3000.

hi...i just bought the game this week...and i install the game...then i joined a server from the list of servers that comes up when u click the find servers button..after i downloaded the required files for the server and joinded the game, i was just laggin like crazy..i could move and shoot but i was just laggin for now reason. I dont lag when i play ne of my other games just this one???

I disabled windows firewall and i have windows defender...and norton internet security(which is only running not windows defender). Nortona internet security has its firewall on i think...and i think i allowed access for CSS.

SO could ne one help me fix this problem of lag i am having please??

AND im new to the game....so i dont know what CHOKE means or how to access the console in game. basically i am a noob at this game lol...so if u can help me that would be nice.

i915 can't do source adequately (though you could try switching to the DX7 renderer path). you need a better graphics card
