    If your system doesn't POST

    Re-seat the CPU. It seems that a dodgy contact doesn't allow the system to POST at all i found out today. At least i found out how to solve the problem

    Check the RAM as well if the CPU is ok, sometimes RAMs are the cause.

    Well in this case the RAM was fine, it was actually the CPU for definite.

    Well yeh, i did all of that but re-seat the CPU, so it seems a dodgy contact can stop the system from POSTing
