Big difference between Celeron-M and Pentium-M?

Currently choosing between these 2 laptops(The E and the B):

Looks like its just the processor thats different, or maybe i havent spotted what else is different.

I wasn't planning on buying a new laptop, i usually go with used, but this one is a great price for the spec/style and reviews seem good:
