Buying in the U.S.

Hi,

I am going to Florida soon and I was thinking of buying some computer components there as they are cheaper than the U.K. However would mobos/memory and processors purchased in the states work using the U.K.s power supply?

Any help would be appreciated,especially as regards processors - Intel.
