Are Dell latitudes better built / more reliable that Dell Inspirons?

Are Dell Latitudes better built / built differently / more reliable that Dell Inspirons?

I keep on hearing anecdotal evidence of reliability problems with Inspirons and wondered if Latitudes are supposed to be the more reliable versions?

Inspirons are (generally) the cheapo home user not really that bothered about quality laptops.
Inspirons are business we have more money and will pay for quality laptops.

I understand that they might be better.

EDIT: Obviously I mean Latitudes for the second bit.

Latitudes are very nice machines, and much nicer than Inspirons.
