sorry which is the best, I take it the most expenisive one ?
How much better performance will that give me overall ?
I dont really understand when it comes to Ram

With your board the BH-5 as you can up the voltages, which will mean you can overclock further. You will notice though that that RAM is a single stick to 2 matched pairs, so it is unlikely to work dual channel.

I don't think dual channel is too picky, I had a stick of Corsair and a stick of Geil working in dual channel on an Abit NF7-S at 205FSB, so two sticks from the same shop at the same time should be fine :)
Alternatively, you could replace the corsair XL Pro memory with the XL Platinum. It doesn't have the LEDs, but its nearer £140, and needs less voltage than BH-5...which isn't a problem, but should your DFI board die, it'll overclock better on other motherboards. It'll probably never happen, but maybe thats worth considering :P

I just want some RAM that is cheap and will allow me to overclock to FX55 speeds safely.
cheaper the better
