    sorry which is the best, I take it the most expenisive one ?
    How much better performance will that give me overall ?

    I dont really understand when it comes to Ram

    With your board the BH-5 as you can up the voltages, which will mean you can overclock further. You will notice though that that RAM is a single stick to 2 matched pairs, so it is unlikely to work dual channel.

    I don't think dual channel is too picky, I had a stick of Corsair and a stick of Geil working in dual channel on an Abit NF7-S at 205FSB, so two sticks from the same shop at the same time should be fine

    Alternatively, you could replace the corsair XL Pro memory with the XL Platinum. It doesn't have the LEDs, but its nearer £140, and needs less voltage than BH-5...which isn't a problem, but should your DFI board die, it'll overclock better on other motherboards. It'll probably never happen, but maybe thats worth considering

    I just want some RAM that is cheap and will allow me to overclock to FX55 speeds safely.

    cheaper the better
