Right I've decided that the default cooler what came with my P4 is a bit too noisey for my tastes, so it needs replacing with a nice quiet one

What do you guys reccomend? I'm currently looking at the

'COOLERMASTER HYPER48 SUPER SILENT HEATPIPE'

Which seems to be getting good reviews for silence and performance, but is there anything better? Cheap as possible is nice too as that coolermasters right at the top end of my price bracket, want to spend less if i can..
