Ive just had to lean over the computer with a torch to check its spinning. At normal use, you can hardly feel the air being pushed, nevermind hear it.
I cant compare it to an Enermax though, as i dont own one.
I got the Levicom 350watt blueled dual fan PSU and it is very quiet. Its quite nice if you have a window in your case, but still want a quiet PSU. Unfortunatly like Austin initailly said the 2000+ Palamino is a fricken radiator, along with the msi ti4200 and the Akasa Paxmate (the bane of all humanity) which refuses to be unstuck from my case doesn't help matters.
I really need to start over again (tho I may keep my current PSU) however I recently spent a big wad of cash on my new car (P reg Ford Ka) so I'm kinda skint.
Get a 420w Thermaltake. £40 and is the best value PSU available imo (and many others).
Not far off of antec quality and a damn site cheaper!
