About LinkBacksI have a SilenX 40mm 14 dBA fan on the CPU heatsink on my VIA EPIA MII-12000. The rated rpm speed of the fan is 3500rpm. Monitoring programs, such as SpeedFan, MBM5 & Everest, report speeds much higher, between 4000rpm and 4900rpm?
Any thoughs??
