You using a mounted image for the disk ?
I had a friend who tried to run WC3 from Alcohol 120%, but it was having non of it, iirc, it was a memory written error too. It was a while back though.

no using real disk for war3 and world of warcraft doesnt require a disk to run so its definately not that! i thought at first it was just maybe damaged RAM but i mean the chance that it would be on both comps an donly show up in the same 2 games is weird... it DOES seem to occur mostly when im loading stuff like a map or new area so that kinda makes me think RAM too.. i dunno any other suggestions besides replace the RAM?
