    *Dutch Accent* - "Is it too big?"

    PCMCIA cards... of course.

    I have just come across a Dell 8200 lappy, and hate onboard sound. All the whingers who say it can be just as good, can kiss my hairy arse!

    That said, I want to get an 'Audigy 2ZS Notebook'; but they look chunky like Rick Wallah. Does anyone know if they allow the second PCMCIA slot to be used when they are inserted. I like my sound, but my internet is not to be messed with either (insert fact: current PCMCIA slot used for wireless card--not like Rick Wallah).

    Merci -

    Hmmm, not sure, what sort of protrusion has your wireless NIC got?
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Ah... 360 view on the site--merci Kez. It appears flat on the underside.

    Drop it in your top slot so unless your wireless card is thick it should fit.

    You can always get a usb wifi adapter if you really want the audigy and they wont fit together.

    Or buy a wifi card that does not prutude upwards, they are more expensive but look really nice.

    Could, but they stick right the mo-fo out. PCMCIA is a lot neater/more convenient.

    ...and my card doesn't stick upward, so it looks like I am away--as soon as I get £80.
