Which Printer?
Has anybody had any experience with either of the printers below?
EPSON Stylus Photo RX600
Lexmark P6250 All In One
the lexmark has been reduced from £149 to £99 at the moment, where the epson is quite expensive at £199.
I've also seen a Philips all In 1 over in pc world for around £169 (inc my £10 off voucher :D)
So it leaves me to wonder which printer to get... I'm looking for one that can do a pretty good job of all three tasks, though i'm likely to never use the photocopying, but would like the scanner there so it is there to fall back on.
Bear in mind guys, i'd only want to spend the money if it's REALLY worth it :p

NO LEXMARK, very bad quality, bulid and prints, VERY expensive ink will kill the saving in a refill. I have an epson r300 pretty happy with it. The more pricey epsons are good its just the cheap ones to stear clear of so u r ok.
Happy hunting

Thanks :D Will avoid that lexmark then after hearing of their dodgy ink usage schemes and the sheer steepness of cart prices :/
Seems its gonna be a dent in my wallet for a hefty 6kg worth of plastic :(

I would also get a seperate scanner and printer. Combos are worse than a single dedicated device (there may be a couple of exceptions)

I have the Epson R300, which i believe is similar to the R600. The print quality is outstanding, very quiet and it prints direct to cd/dvd's, which is why i got one. Does the R600 have the cd/dvd print feature as well?
The R300 is £79:95 so you might like to consider it instead.
