    HD LED keeps on burning

I have a XPC, SN41G2 (Shuttle) and when my pc is running my HD LED always keeps on burning. I checked the cabling and everything is right. Any sugestions?Anyone with the same problem?

Burning as in fire, or just stop working?

Sounds like to much current through the LED. Is it connected to a mobo header? sounds like it might be plugged into the wrong one.

Ading a 70ohm resistor in series should fix it but it shouldnt be needed for leds connected to mobo..

does it happen to power led aswell?

The front-panel is connected to the mobo with one connector, so you can't connect it wrong.

Is it possible that the connections on the led its self are switched? (+ -> -)

No, because it wouldn't light up if that was the case. It's a diode, current can only flow through it in one direction.
