Memory Dumps in Windows
Okay... mock me if you will but where the heck does Windows XP store the "full memory dumps" it does when a BSOD occurs?
Basically I need to email a few to a contact so they can narrow down the problem with a driver file that keeps crashing both systems I have at home.
So.. anyone know ?

%systemroot%\memory.dmp I think?
So default for XP is c:\windows\memory.dmp
Check properties of My Computer / Advanced tab / Startup and Recovery (Settings)
Dump file options are at the bottom of that property page.

Cheers for all the help :)
I've got to go and be a guinea pig again as I've removed the NAM software that controls the nforce4 hardware firewall as with both XP and MCE 2005 I'm getting a lot ( more than 2 a day ) of IRQ_LESS_THAN_EQUAL errors pointing to NvTCP.sys and nvNAM.sys.
Fingers crossed the full dumps I'll be doing should help nvidia fix it :)

also in control panel - Administrative Tools - Event Viewer - system tab
the save dumps are usually event 1001
but i dunno how you can debug them, i wanna know why my pc crashed etc but dunno how.
