    E-mail replies........not

Is it only me or is the computer hardware industry doing its best to drive itself bankrupt.

In the last fortnight I have e-mailed Coolermaster, American media and Stak, with a question about the supply of one of thier products, (i.e. a potential customer) and despite a number of follow up e-mails, "I am disappointed not to have recieved a reply" etc, I have to date recieved no reply whatsoever (not even an acknowledgement of correspondence!) from any of them.

Bearing in mind the whole object of the internet etc is speed of contact, I would at least have expected some sort of reply (even an auto generated one) from players in the industry.

yeah, but i assume your contacting a manufacturer about supplying one item.. manu's very rarely deal with single item shipping.. they prefer to have authorised re-sellers for that.. and unless your talking about buying 0000's off them in one go they wont talk to you...

No what I was asking was (of Coolermaster) when thier new cases may roll out in th u.k - nobody else can answer that! the others are re-sellers but I take your point they cant be bothered with the individual, Hmmmm I wonder why it is that they can't sell enough cases to be profitable?

What Kaillum was trying to say was that the reseller is the correct person to ask about that.

i.e. I wanted to know when the Shuttle NF2 mATX board would be out in the UK.

I didnt email Shuttle - as I wouldnt have expected a reply. I emailed a couple of specialist Shuttle resellers and I got emails back from both within <12hours.
