That is not bad at all
Dont have any experience with acer but havent heard anything bad about them either.
I'm a fan of Acers my bros got one, never broken, my school have quite a few.
It's next day delivery aswell
The one up from that has a 60 gig HD and a 3000+ (50 quid more)
For the 50 quid diff, id go for the other one. Lappy HDDs still cost quite abit.
Whats delivery cost saying?

Please Note - occasionally your order maybe despatched in more than one delivery. This is to ensure customers receive their order as soon as possible and are not waiting for a complete order before despatch.
Very occasionally, in some post code areas, goods sent out on a Saturday delivery don't arrive until Monday. Whilst the the non-delivery rate is very low (less than 2% amongst all couriers), we want to point this out in case your delivery is urgent. All mail order companies experience this issue, no matter what their marketing states but we believe it is important to give realistic expectations.
We only use recognised carriers such as Amtrak, Citylink, Business Post and Parcelforce to deliver your goods. We have excellent relationships with all our couriers as we ship more than £25 million of goods each year. All our deliveries are fully insured against loss and damage for all UK destinations.
If you need to ship to an address other than that on your credit card / bank statement, there are two ways to do this. Firstly you can pay by bank transfer (telephone or intenet banking) or you can contact your credit card issuing bank (there will be a telephone number on the back of the card) and request them to register an additional shipping address. Please note it will take 72 hours to register this and so will delay your order. If this shipping address is not on record when we check with your credit card company, your order cannot be processed.
Not sure what your after in a laptop but a mate showed me this one earlier and its fantastic for the price imo.
