Which way should I put my freezer 64?

    Hi there,

Should I put my frezer 64's fan facing up (facing the PSU) or downwards facing the GPU?

Nope. The clips are placed whereby you can only have then facing up or facing down.

Will be getting a Antec NeoPower 480W with a 120MM Fan.

That sucks. The 120mm fans are on the bottom sucking arnt they? If so i think that would be better than heating your GPU, unless thats cold and could do with a bit of a warm up. ( not likely).

Face it however the instructions tell you to. If they don't then face it whatever way is easier to install. The fan should be blowing the air onto the heatsink, not sucking.

Isnt it one of thoughes funny ones, where the fan blows air through the heatsink rather than onto the cpu and then out of the sides.

    *googles*

Yeah tis, i was quite keen on one of them, but i dont see the point in blowing the air up or down, then theres a big fan itching to extact at the back of my case.

In that case of course the fan should be blowing up. Since it blows thru the heatsink you need to have it away from the PSU, but pointing towards it. Heat rises so you don't want to blow hot air down.
