All the usual gubbins, rounded IDE cables etc

What that equal? what about PSU? you won't get much for it because the CPU is weak, and the HD's aren't worth much.

You'll struggle to get £220 for the vga card at least on a tech forum (perhaps ebay) - more like £185.
Don't think that you will get £60 for the RAM either (as that's it's new price) more like £40-45.

I would say about £485-500 all in without an OS.

I think I'm going to take the plune next month (as long as I can get £500 for it), it kills me tho cos I paid alot more 12 months ago !!!
