you need to buy a 120mm fan for it. I would suggest a 120x38mm Panaflo from

Is the heatsink for your 3700+?
Ordered one of these yesterday, should be here today :) I went for the YS-Tech 120mm 38mm fan. 125cfm, 45 more than the panaflo and only 5db more.
