TFT Monitor

I'm looking for a good 17" TFT monitor for around £200. I'm not sure what makes a good monitor, but would maybe something like this be any good:

Does that look like a good deal? I have heard that LG make good ones.

Besides contrast ratio and response time, what should I look for in a monitor?

Im no tft expert but i gather the following:

16.7 million colours is preferable to 16.2 million
Higher image brightness is better, id say a value of around 300+ cd/m2 is pretty good
Also the higher the better for viewing angles

I imagine there are other things to look for aswell.

Aria are doing dell 17inch DVI ones for 140 ish on deal page regularly..I'd go for one of those.

I know it's 19" and I said 17", and it's a bit over £200, but it looks good to me.
