    SB61G2 V3 Problem

I have a SB61G2 V3, and I just bought a BFGTech NV 6600GT OC. I installed the card and tried to boot up, but my card's fan won't turn on. There is no VGA output on the screen either. The mobo and the DVDrom both have power, but I don't think the card does. I run a 3.0 GHz P3, 1 GB DDR400 RAM, DVDrom, 2x 80GB HDs, NV ti4200.

Have you tested the card in another system?

Also try using the onboard graphics with the nvidia card removed to install the nvidia drivers and try again.

Is it showing the bios or anything? Sounds like a dead card tbh.

I put the card in my older system, and the fan did turn on. I didn't check to see if anything popped on the screen. When I put the card in my shuttle, nothing shows on the screen.

I'm assuming you've connected the molex to the back of the card.
