Now imagine that remote with say a screen on it? that used bluetooth or some kind of wireless conection to show u a multimedia screen so u could be anywhere in the house and use it to navigate through wmp or something. I dunno if anything like that is available but if it is let me know

Just bascially i think if you ahve a multimedia centre, why not have a remote with a screen like on a pda (maybe not as big). I dont knwo if anyone knwos what i mean but gimme your thoughts. I think it would be a gd idea. That and an ati all in wonder or something sililar. record tv on your computer there and then from your back garden etc.

The bluetooth logitech dinovo set has a detachable Numpad section which has an LCD on it to work as a remote for anything.

Its very cheap You know any sites that have gd reviews on it? i live in UK. Pity the screen wasnt coloured and a bit bigger.

It's not quite the same, but I've got a program on my iPaq called Nevo, which is like a sort of one-for-all remote control for the PPC. Uses infra-red though.

Always good for messing with friends' heads though. You're sat at their house, they think you're just fiddling with the PDA, then their TV comes on as if by magic
