    hehe yeh,

feels fast in windows anyway, just need to send this GFX card back i think or just redo it

i am having major troubles with the maxtor hd's

i wanted to raid the 2 x 300 gig with raid 1, but the mobo didnt come with any drivers for it. anyone know much about raid as i never done anything like this before.

at the moment i just have 1 x 300 gig plugged in and for some reason windows is reading it as a 130 gig one which is rather annoying.

need sleep work in a few hours

Do a windows update and it should be fine.

For the drivers goto the Asus Support website (use the global one and download from europe)

First of all, could people stop thinking that the stock heatsink/fan will not be good enough. Why the hell would AMD ship the chip with a cooler that isn't good enough? Of course the cooler is up to the job, thats what its made for for heaven's sake!!

Secondly, you do NOT need three 120mm FF deltas. Those things are bloody noisy, & as you are not even overclocking you really don't need them. You could have gotten away qute nicely with some nice slow quiet 120mms.

    3 deltas own
i tried my 7800 again and it now works for some reason, so its all working now, just need to raid my 2 300 gig harddrives and everything should be ok. just need to pinch a floppy and disc from work so i can install the raid drivers. cpu is running under 30 degrees so i might do some overclocking.
