OK... need a bit of help here.
Basically, we currently provide 3 different basic system builds. A Sempron socket A, Athlon 939 and P4 775. Socket A is on its way out, so we're going to need another budget option. The system currently uses a Sempron 2500 SktA, and Asus A7V400-MX mobo with onboard VGA.
I'm going to need a replacement for the above. Just wondered if anybody had suggestions. What we need really is a mobo with onboard VGA - this is just for the absolute basic model, generally for people that do a bit of internet surfing and word processing type stuff. I'm not bothered about going for AMD over intel, but I was wondering where to go from here with regards to a base level system. If I do go Intel, i'd want to go with the LGA775 celeron. Asus mobos are our preference, but we'd probably go for Gigabyte as a second preference, MSI at a push. No other manufacturer considered.
Anybody got any opinions? Bear in mind, this is for an absolutely basic system here. No special features, doesn't even need to be SATA. Needs to be onboard VGA, sound and LAN.
