What is shadow ram and how does it affect pc performance?
IIRC it copies the Contents of the BIOS to RAM as RAM is faster than CMOS.
TBH I dont think you'll notice the difference which ever way you set it
You wont notice the difference.
You need it enabled when hot-flashing bios chips.
