depends wat ur planning to do with the ram.. if ur going to play bf2... i'll say the 2gb with 2-3-3-6... it'll run 2-2-2-5 on 200Mhz at 2.8 or 2.85V as well...

I have the 1GB variant of the first choice.. works like a dream.. but you'll need to kick back a little when overclocking tho... th best I could get my C2PT to do at 220MHz was 2-3-3-6... but i ran at 2-3-3-10 for the bandwidth... ehehehe

Should be stable enuf to break 235MHz at 3-3-3-10 no prob... mine did 234MHz at 3-3-3-11

Don't forget that the C2 means it should run (guaranteed) at CAS2 on Intel machines, and CAS2.5 on AMD machines. Personally, I would go for the 2GB - it seems some games are starting to use more than 1GB, and tighter timings aren't worth the extra money (in my opinion.)

exactly... and what the heck, you could still run 2-2-2-5 on C2PT on a little bumped up voltage.. but it really doesnt give up much improvement, like a lousy 1 fps in CS:S video stress test..

you'll be able to run cas 2.0 on newer A64 systems.. mine handles 2-3-3-6/2-3-3-10 on Memtest 5 hrs fine.. 2-2-2-5 on memtest 2.8V fine as well...

The 2GB is definitely worth the ching ching.. If I'd knew BF2 is going to chew 2GB of ram... I'd go for the 2GB variant..

    a healthy 2.70V or 2.75V should do the trick... 2.8V if you're going a little over 200MHz

(PM me for interest, it won't be very cheap though, but cheaper than the XMS)
