They didn't have the cube/barebones s939 system in so I went for the following:

    Pentium M 1.8ghz
    AOpen XCCube EY-855-II
    2x 512mb DDR400 RAM
    and a Radeon 9700 128mb

So far seems very good and very quiet

Nice choice, the P4M is a nice CPU. The 1.8Ghz P4M is comparable to a AMD 64 3000+ but runs far cooler. Personally I'd have picked a better graphics card but its your money mate and I dont know what your budget was in total

Cool - I've managed to overclock it to 2.1ghz, and temps seem around 40C with the cpu fan on 'Auto Quiet' mode which is practically silent

edit - why is it called a P4M? It's not a Pentium 4 M / Mobile CPU - I've got one of those in my laptop at 1.8ghz and it's way slower than the Pentium M 1.8ghz chip. (The Pentium M's a continuation / child of the Pentium 3...)
