    As i said, asus boards aren't the best for overclocking, I have had to reflash my BIOS for no reason whatsoever after the system was running fine.

    If you just chose wrong settings (ram timings for example) so it cant POST then you should just reset the CMOS by a jumper on the mobo. You need to unplug the psu to do that, read your manual first!
    Could i just not reset it in the BIOS by loading defaults??

    Sometimes the BIOS settings get borked so much that you can't even boot, normally when Overclocking fails, but the Asus ones are fairly good at reverting to the last working settings.
