Advice needed on RAM!
I'm planning an upgrade, and will be getting an AMD64 3000+ Venice, and most likely overclocking. I am looking at the following RAM, but am unsure whether this would be the best option:

Any advice would be appreciated.

TwinMOS with UTT chips is good memory if you have a board/system that can give it alot of voltage (over 3.2), but I don't think that particular twinmos model is using winbond UTT chips. It's probably not that good for overclocking, though noting would stop you from running the memory at or near stock while overclocking the CPU.

Would you suggest a different type then? Or just go with this and not overclock it?

That twinmos ram is pretty average. Id be inclined to go for something like a Geil value kit for the same price at a few places online. Or even give these a go.
Or if you can stretch to it 'GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC3500 Ultra Platinum CAS2' looks to be fairly good memory for a reasonable price.

If youre getting twinmos, then get SP, which isnt that much more costly, and guaranteed CH dies. But only bother if youhave a DFI board or a DDR booster. Otherwise something like crucial value is prob your best bet. Usually cheapest at crucial.com/uk

I personally go for decent cheap RAM - Corsair Value Select is fine. You don't need the faster RAM for Athlon 64s since you can run the CPU and RAM out of sync anyway.
