    Shuttle AN51R - HELP

Hey I have a Shuttle AN51R and I am having a problem getting my ram to get out of single channel! I want dual channel but i just cant seem to get it to work.

The ram I am using is this Link to my RAM (from newegg.com)

This is my first actual home built system and I really didn't even notice that I wasn't in dual channel ram until I found out from CPU-Z.

Heres my specs if it helps at all, and thanks!

    AMD Athlon 64 3000+

    2x250gb Maxtor HD
    Radeon 9700Pro 128mb

Someone has to know please help..

I looked in the manual and everything of my motherboard.. It doesn't say ne thing about it. and I know it supports dual channel ram.. It has 3 slots for the ram and I was thinking maybe only 2 of them are for dual channel? But I tried every single different combo and it still wont work.. I even looked in the BIOS but I saw nothing.

I don't think that Socket 754 CPUs support dual channel memory busses

All that dual channel memory sticks means is that they are the closest matched lowest timings.

You haven't wasted your money as the ram speeds will be consistent.

Dual channel just gives it a boost.

And it might not be compatible with the new DDR2 AMD CPUs
