Is my memory running in dual channel?

Just upgraded (specs in sig) and this is my first outing with dual channel memory. How can i check to make sure the memory is running properly in dual channel mode, or is it just completely automatic? What should i look for in the BIOS?

    Cheers.

google a program called cpu-z, it should be a zip or a smallish .exe from www.cpu-id.com

anyways fire it up and under the memory tab in the top right there is "channels"

    there you go

Each colour set on dual channel boards is a dual channel pair.

Some going back to front (3&4) some are just colours.
