Do you have a brand and/or model number, operating system? How old is your machine, is it dusty as hell? Have you opened it up and put another drive in? What exactly is happening, could you provide as much detail as possible? Were there any problems - error messages, computer running slow - that you experienced in the run-up to this happening?
Thanks you were right about the usb stuff it was trying to boot from that thanks

What PC or laptop are you using?
Can you get into the BIOS by pressing F2 or the delete button when it loads up? If so you'll likely be able to investigate which drive the bios is saying to boot from. You may need to reinstall windows.
Please post a picture of what it says exactly, we can go from there
You may have left a USB key or USB external HDD plugged in. The motherboard may try to boot from it. Try unplugging if you have done it (left something plugged in).
Did you do anything that would have caused the issue? I presume 1 day it just stopped booting.
