Should i be as happy as i am?

On tuesday i ordered some new parts for my computer once they arrive tommorow or next tuesday my system will then comprise of and p4 2.4 processor, Asus P4C800 Deluxe mobo, radeon 9700 pro 128 ddr graphics, sound blaster live sound card, antec plus view 1000 case, aero 4 lite cpu fan, 530 watt power supply, digi doc 5 custom blue lcd light, lg cd rom/rw and lg cd rom/dvd, 1g pc 3200 samsung memory, 5 neon blue case fans. Once iv put the components together this will be the 3rd computer i have built. Sadly on the other 2 i always came across a problem somewhere across the line, I was just wondering if these parts are going to work and will they work to a standard that im going to appreciate for the money iv spent on them?

Looks like a gd bundle the processor should do 3ghz with an aero 4 if its C core.
