    Rate My WaterCooling Setup

HI, I just ordered a new water cooling setup, it will be here tommorow. I have just been to halfords and bought me a big bottle of de-ionised water, just wanted to make sure that this was the right thing that i needed. Cheers

I've always used pre-mixed specially designed water coolant for PC water cooling systems, does using ionised water/ home made coolant make much difference?

Pre mixed? sounds very much like a gimmick....

I know about 10 people with watercooling kits at uni and all use de ionised water with some water wetter or redline added. Works for them and is pretty cheap to.

As a side note halfords etc sell water wetter much cheaper than online computer stores do.

Similar setup to me too, They are good radiators and will come with barbs (youll have to fit them yourself though). Have you bought any fans?
