Acceptable temps?
Anyone got any links to guides on acceptable temps for CPU's? More specifically A64's but a general guide for various processors would be good. Thanks :)
Edit : I don't mean AMD/Intels recommended temps btw as they will have largish margins for error yes?, i mean what temps CPU's can really tolerate before error's and even damage occor. Cheers

Maybe I'm stupid but isn't MaxTCase the max temp the packaging can reach, the core will be running at as much as 15 or 20C above that (which is what the internal diode mesures)

If it doesnt crash its ok, thats the general rule of thumb, case temp + 15oC thats about right for CPU otherwise like i said if it doesn crash then its fine irrelivant of temp.
