Corsair Value Select Confusion

I was just looking around for Corsair Value Select 2GB Kits and I came across two different types. I initially planned on getting a 2x1GB PC3200 Kit but then realised that this wouldn't overclock very well. So then I looked a bit more and came across another 2x1GB Kit except its DDR2 PC4200.

Okay, so whats the big deal you ask? The price of the latter is significantly less.

Would a CL4 timing be bad for running games on? Which kit should I go for?

But anyway should I get the DDR2 Kit? I am planning on overclocking it with an A64 3700 up to 4000 clock speeds.

do not buy DDR2 if you're on an Athlon 64 set-up. It's not compatible! Get the DDR kit.

Yup, all the athlon64 chipsets use DDR, not DDR2.

DDR itself is more expensive at the moment and there is considerably less available at the moment then DDR2.
