DDR2 Memory - Confusion!
I have been looking at moving from AMD to Intel (Lets not start a debate aye? :p) And I noticed that the latest Intel motherboards use DDR2 - Which im not familiar with :heckle:
The system in question is the Shuttle SB95PV2 - It says it uses "DDR2-533/400" Memory. What speed memory should I choose for the shuttle - I see many options like PC5300 and PC4200 memory, I really dont know which one I will need!
Answers on a post card :)

Make sure it says DDR2 not DDR.
Thats all you need to know really.

4200 = 533 Mhz
5300 = 667 Mhz
No need for pc5300 unless your going for some high overclocking but don't discount normal pc4200 my samsung sticks have my 3.2 P4 @ 4.1Ghz happily enough.
but as Dougal said whatever you get make sure its DDR2 can't really go wrong speed wise.

Thats all i needed to know, thank you very much :D

And I am back with another question :)
If I bought a Pentium 4 650 (3.4 Ghz) which ram would I need to be in sync with the processor?

No probs, PC4200 is perfectly fine its only if your going to start overclocking that you may want to go for faster memory i.e PC5300 or if your trying to get to 800Mhz (same as chips fsb) PC6400 but this can be pretty expensive stuff.
