I don't think anyone can give you a *definite* answer to that.
The best is to try it yourself.
I seem to remember seeing a review (not in english) where someone managed to get some pretty silly speed out of his AQZEA.. On Air.
The OcUK Database painted a different picture (but there weren't many samples).
The AQXEA is one of the best known one. But again, I don't think its a sure fire guaranteee it'll hit 2.XXGhz if you have one.
As said you have to find out the CPUs limits yourself, but 2.1ghz - 2.3ghz (XP3000+ - XP3400+) is very normal without any silly voltages. Codes seem to matter little for Barton ... except the date of birth that is ...

my bartin is about 2 weeks old and runs at 2.4 no problem, standard voltage
What does the Week No and Stepping difference make. How can I identify these?
Your week and stepping numbers are on the black sticker..
Theres your AXDQA2500 bit which tells you its a 2500 and the AXDQA bit is your stepping (batch) then the date is the 0423 bit on the line underneath 0423 being week 23 in 2004....
Steppings get classed as good or bad as all in a batch are almost identicle, so when people find out that quite a few in a batch are overclocking well, people say that that is a decent stepping (as if lots of the same stepping perform well then you can assume the rest in that batch will perform well too).
The week just narrows it down further as there is likely to be less difference between the CPUs, so if you find some that overclock amazingly well, then the processors produced with it are also likely to OC very well.

Overclocking can depend on so many things just blaming a chip for a bad overclock can be a bit harsh...
is their any way of seeing the stepping without removing the hsf
i think there are some programs that you can donwload frmo the net. such as sandra, or CPU-Z may do it.
