    Recommendation needed on PSU

I'm been looking at buying a new PSU for my system and I'll need at least 300w and will need to be reliable.
There are two that I have narrowed my choices to (from price and needs perspective)

I need some advice on which of the following two are better or are they equally as good.

    The two are:
    1) Coolermaster RS-430-PMSR/P

    2) Antec SL350PGB

    Many thanks!

My specs aren't that great at the mo, but I would like to get something to be able to upgrade to say an AMD Athlon 3200XP.

    My specs are as follows:

    AMD Athlon K7 900Mhz
    3 x 256mb ram (768mb)
    DVD drive
    DVD/RW Drive
memory card front panel (with firewire and USB 2)
    Soundblaster Audigy
    TV/radio PCI card
    Firewire/USB 2 PCI card
    Network card

My budget is no more than £25 but possibly £30 if needs to be.
I don't mind if it isn't whisper quiet, but I don't want something lik a wind tunnel.

    Thanks

Ebuyer have an antec True Power 380W with SATA connectors for £21.50 +vat and delivery. I've bought one for my P4 3800 rig with a 6800 card. Works fine and is a weighty PSU. Note the PSU has only 1 exhaust fan, but works great.
